Ripples was first established in 1988 by Roger and Sandra Kyme.  The aim of Ripples was to specifically target the upper end of the bathroom market.  After 40 years’ experience of working in the industry, Roger first realised the potential for retailing bathrooms when he was with a major chain of builders merchants.  Roger and Sandra opened the first Ripples bathroom showroom on the London Road in Bath which is a highly visible 6,000 sq.ft location on one of the main roads into the city.

Roger and Sandra have built the company on quality: quality product, quality of service and of course quality of staff.  This has made Ripples one of the premier bathroom retailers in the UK and this has been endorsed by the company's ever increasing number of industry awards; 50 and counting.

Ripples have proved that the formula works.
